Full-stack system that allows Amazon Connect clients to record different aspects of the interactions between their call center's employees and customers to provide business insights, agent'sperformance metrics and access to previous calls for different purposes like audits or training processes.
Functionalities
Record interactions
The system will allow Contact Center Agents to record their interactions with users.
Audit the agent's performance
Allow Supervisors to search specific videos of their assigned agents and see them again to audit the agent's performance and interactions with clients.
Graphs and important metrics
Allow Supervisors to see graphs and important metrics of agents' performance gathered from the recordings.
Set up the system
Allow a Manager to set up the recording system to conform to the business needs.
Create, edit and delete users
Allow the Manager to create, edit and delete users from the system.
See and filter all the recordings
Allow the Manager to see and filter all the recordings that have been saved in the system.
